Why charge by machines?
Machines are the natural measure of shop size. A 5-machine shop has different needs than a 30-machine operation. By gating on machines instead of users, your entire team gets access without per-seat costs eating into your budget.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly whenever you need more capacity. If you want to cancel, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. All payments include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling your subscription downgrades you to the Free plan. Your data stays, and you keep access with Free plan limits (3 machines, 30-day retention). If you want to leave entirely, you can delete your account from settings. Export your data via CSV anytime, on any plan. We never hold your data hostage.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You'll see a message showing your current usage and the limit for your plan. You can delete unused resources to free up space, or upgrade for higher limits. Your existing data is never affected.
What happens if I downgrade?
To downgrade, you'll need to bring your machines and users within the lower plan's limits. Everything else — jobs, materials, notes, and custom fields — stays as-is. You just can't create new ones beyond the lower limits. Over time, data retention cleanup handles the rest.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial. Start with 3 machines and upgrade when you're ready. No credit card required, no time pressure.

What if you change pricing or sunset a feature?
If we ever restructure plans, existing customers keep the features of their current tier for life. If we sunset a feature, we give at least 90 days written notice via email and an in-app banner. No surprises.
